Upon completion of the study, your check will be mailed to your home address. Checks can also be picked up at the Celerion facility on Fridays, from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm. Checks not picked up at 2:30 pm on Fridays will be mailed to participants. If you have a change of address, contact a Study Participant Representative immediately to ensure your check is not delayed. If the check is sent to an incorrect address, 10 business days must pass before Celerion will reissue the check to you.
If your stipend payments total over $600 in one year, you will receive a 1099 form, as taxes are not deducted from your stipend check.
