Dr Sandra Connolly,MD
Dr Sandra Connolly earned her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical school in Piscataway, NJ. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. Dr Connolly practiced emergency medicine for the past 15 before becoming a part of the MDS team.
Dr Frank Lee, MD
Dr Frank Lee, MD earned his B.A in human biology from Brown University, Providence, RI in 1977. He graduated from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY in 1985 where he earned his Medical Degree. Dr Lee completed his internship at Monnmouth Medical Center in Long Branch NJ in 1986. In 1998 Dr Lee completed the Physician Program for Acupuncture from Tri-State College of Acupunture.

Daniel E. Weiss, MD, is a board certified Emergency Physician practicing Emergency Medicine at

Fareeda Hosein, MD graduated from Ohio State University School of Medicine in 1996. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. For the past 11 years, Dr. Hosein has practiced as an in-patient physician attending to hospitalized patients. She is board certified in Internal Medicine.
